Eligible Subscription Plan:
You must hold an active or completed 90-Day CLB 9 Pass. Standard short-duration sprint plans (7-Day and 30-Day) are excluded from the pass extension guarantee.

Practice Activity Benchmark:
You must complete at least five (5) qualifying practice attempts or mock tests on CLBMaster during your current 90-day access period, prior to taking the official CELPIP exam for that cycle. Each extension cycle requires fresh practice activity — activity from earlier cycles does not carry over.

Official Test Window:
The official CELPIP General Test for each cycle must be taken during your current 90-day access period or within 30 calendar days after it ends. Resubmitting a score report from an earlier cycle is not accepted — every extension requires a new test.

Your official score report must indicate a score below CLB 9 in at least one CELPIP component (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking).

Complimentary extension access cannot itself start a new chain — each further extension continues the chain of its original paid purchase, and complimentary or promotional access that was never purchased cannot be extended. This guarantee provides additional study access only. It is separate from the 7-day money-back guarantee: every purchase is fully refundable within 7 days as long as usage stays under the fair-use cap (see your billing page) — after that window, the extension guarantee above is your safety net, not a cash refund.
